My sin is allowed

Idiot homophobic Christians gets himself this tattoo:

“[Thou] shall not lie with a male as one does with a woman. It is an abomination.” Leviticus 18:22

Unfortunately, he failed to read the next chapter properly:

“Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.” Leviticus 19:28

Don’t take me wrong but you obviously got the idea of posting this from Pharyngula, so why not link it?

We could use a smart, savvy president like Josiah Bartlett. He didn’t always win, but you know he came from a position of deep intellectual thoughtfulness. And he was a fighter who fought to a conclusion, advocating and scrapping all the way. Compromise appeared only after issues had been suitably aired. It is not the first thing that should come out of the political tool bag. I think it is helpful to have a President who is willing now and then to bloody some noses or split a lip for what he or she believes.
